How to Upgrade Member Tracking from the website

The Member Tracking and Supporter Donation software can be updated from our website. The downloads are password protected so when you are ready to update your software please contact our office at 888-425-6964 or email@visioncps.com  nicoled@visioncps.com or lisap@visioncps.com for the password. NOTE: The passwords change regularly.

1. Close the Member Tracking or Supporter Donation System on your computer.

2. Click on the program upgrades link on the left of any of our screens.

3. Choose Member Tracking System or Supporter Donation System.

4. Fill in the small form.

5. Click on the Upgrade button.

6. Select the version of our software that coincides with the version of Microsoft Access that you are using on your computer.

7. Click on the Save button.

8. Save the file on your desktop or in a Downloads folder.

9. When the file is finished downloading click on the Open button.

10. Then click on the Extract button.

11. The DEFAULT Extract locations are C:\Program Files\MTS7 and C:\Program Files\SDS5 - IF your programs are located in a different location then browse to the appropriate location first. 

12. Fill in the password and click OK.

13. Click OK when the Extraction is complete.

14. Open the Member Tracking System or the Supporter Donation System in your regular manor.

You are now updated to the newest version of our software.
