QUICK TIPS
Medical Report
The Member Tracking System allows you to fill
in medical information about the members. Listed below are
steps to print the medical information for your members that have
data entered.

Click on
Reports
-
Choose the
Custom Member List (bottom right)
-
On the
Universal Selection Engine click the Other check on bottom left
-
In the top
center choose Health Issues in the Field dropdown
-
Choose Is Not
Blank in the Relationship dropdown
-
Choose Or in
the small dropdown on the next line
-
Choose Has
Medications in the Field dropdown
-
Choose Is Not
Blank in the Relationship dropdown
-
Click Continue
-
On the Custom
Member List screen click Add New Report and Name it Medical List
-
Column Heading
1 choose Member Name and Sort Ascending
-
Column Heading
2 choose Health Issues
-
Column
Heading 3 choose Medication List
-
Click Preview
- There is also
an Export to Excel tool in Procedures
- Click
Procedures from the Main Menu
- Choose Data
Export Tool
- Click Open
U.S.E on the top right
- On the
Universal Selection Engine click the Other check on bottom left
- In the top
center choose Health Issues in the Field dropdown
- Choose Is Not
Blank in the Relationship dropdown
- Choose Or in
the small dropdown on the next line
- Choose Has
Medications in the Field dropdown
- Choose Is Not
Blank in the Relationship dropdown
- Click Continue
- Click Add New
Job and Name it Medical List
- Choose Export
to Excel
- Double click
on Member Name
- Double click
on Health Issues
- Double click
on Medication List
- Preview or
Export
Both of these options will save the report/job
you create and allow you to use them in the future - you will only
have to choose the options on the Universal Selection Engine.
