QUICK TIPS
Compact and Repair Data and Standards Files

The Member Tracking System software periodically needs housekeeping.  One way to do this is to perform the Compact and Repair procedures. 

1. Close the Member Tracking System on all computers except the one you are working on

2. Click on the Procedures button on the Main Menu

3. Click on the Compact and Repair Data and Standards button

4. Read the screen and click the OK button at the bottom

5. You will get a message that a backup has been made, click OK

6. You will get a message that the Compact & Repair is complete, click OK
    

7. Click on the Tools tab

8. Click on Compact and Repair Program File

9. You will get a message that this procedure will close, then reopen the Member Tracking System and you will have to log back in

10. Click Yes

11. The screen will be empty for a minute or two

12. Thank you will be back at the sign in screen

13. Sign in and continue working

These procedures can be performed any time especially if you are experiencing a problem
