QUICK TIPS
Advance to Next School Grade

Members will advance from one school grade to the next each year.
The Member Tracking System does not automatically advance members from one school grade to another.
Follow these simple steps to advance your members to the next school grade. 

1. Click on Procedures from the Main Menu

2. Click on the Members tab

3. Click on the Advance to Next School Grade button

4. Choose All Members in the System on the Universal Selection Engine and click Continue 
   NOTE: If any members are NOT going to advance to the next school grade then you will need to change them back individually.

5. Make sure each School Grade in the left column has a matching Next Grade in the right column

6. Click on the Advance button to move members from one school grade to the next

7. Answer Yes at the Really advance the grades now question

8. Click OK at the Grades have been successfully advanced

9. Close this screen to continue working

Perform this task ONCE A YEAR ONLY.
