EASE OF USE

Member Tracking System is designed for use in the hectic environment of a daycare, community center or club environment.  “If it looks good…click on it!” is the basic philosophy behind all data entry and report generation screens.  Security features developed for this environment can also be used.  The burden of data entry is minimized through flexible data entry screens that include many smart-formatting and/or auto-fill fields. 

REPORTS AND FORMS
The Member Tracking System has been designed to be as versatile as possible.  The forms and reports are simple and relevant.  You can track your members, their attendance and activity participation, charges and payments, medical needs and more.  The Member Tracking System will also track your staff and volunteer hours, certifications information and print time cards.  There are over 90 reports including customizable membership lists, weekly and monthly attendance reports, activity reports and group reports.  There is an emergency number list which is designed to be taken on field trips or outings.  There are birthday reports, account statements, membership expiration lists and blank membership applications. A demographic breakdown of age, race and gender can be generated and of course mailing labels and envelopes are available!  Members enjoy being rewarded for their efforts so... we've included a certificate of accomplishment that can be modified on the fly for each member. The kids love it!  There is also a custom survey section where users can create their own surveys or questionnaires.

Vision has developed an excellent Supporter Donation System. It answers such questions as: How many people attended a particular function last year? What was the average donation? Who do we invite to our next golf tournament or auction? It then prepares reports that can be presented to your fund raising committee for analysis. Projections and comparisons can help you fine tune each event.
 
In the supporter database each person attending a function is listed. Company affiliation and position are noted. Their contributions are tracked for each event. A hard copy of an individual donation or an entire event's donors can be generated at any time. Remember, an accurate database record of past fund raisers can prove to be invaluable when the push is on to generate funds for your next project.
  
The Supporter Donation System tracks all of the above and allows users to create mailing lists, print letters with Microsoft Word mail merge, print labels, envelopes and more!

Data Transfer Services
  
Do you have data from an old or existing program that you would like imported into one of our programs?  Data transfer makes sense when faced with the time and expense of re-keying thousands of records.  Vision Computer Programming Services charges $100 per hour for data transfer services.

Annual Upgrades
  
Vision Computer Programming Services Annual Upgrade fee is $250 per application per organization for the first software license and $75 for each additional license. This entitles the client to unlimited toll free telephone support and all upgrades that are released in the coming year.

Online Trainings
  
Vision Computer Programming Services provides Online Trainings for 1 to 2 hour increments for the Member Tracking or Supporter Donation System.  The cost is $75/hour for as many people as you like.  You must have a high speed internet connection on the computer you want to perform the training on and a speaker phone available.  We will log on to your computer and perform the training based on your needs.
