The $250 Upgrade Fee applies annually for your first site license of Member Tracking System and annually for your first site license of Supporter Donation System.  The $75 applies to each additional software license.  Both the Member Tracking System and Supporter Donation System require their own Upgrade Fee. The Upgrade Fee allows you to request additional features which will be reviewed for future versions of our software packages.

Each Member Tracking System or Supporter Donation System software license can be used on one (1) or more computer systems within one (1) physical building.  You may not house the program on one (1) computer with a terminal server and/or SQL and use it from other computers via the internet without proper licensing.  If you have additional units and would like to use the program in those units then additional licensed packages are required.

Return Policy: 30 day money back guarantee on all products from Vision Computer Programming Services. We recommend that you install and test all products immediately upon receipt.

  • MICROSOFT ACCESS and WORD 2002 or higher (with all Service Packs) are REQUIRED for the Supporter Donation System
