- Each Member Tracking System or Supporter Donation System software license can be used on one (1) or more computer systems within one (1) physical building.  You may not house the program on one (1) computer with a terminal server and/or SQL and use it from other computers via the internet without proper licensing.  If you have additional units and would like to use the program in those units then additional licensed packages are required.

- MINIMUM HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS for the Member Tracking System version 7 and higher and Supporter Donation System version 5 and higher software packages are:
     Pentium III with a clock speed of 900 MHz or Higher
        1 GIG RAM memory or Higher
        2 GIG RAM memory if you are using Windows Vista and MS Office 2007
     900 mb available on the Hard drive
     Windows XP with all Service Packs installed
     Microsoft Access 2002 (XP) or 2003 with all Service Packs installed
     Microsoft Word 2002 (XP) or 2003 with all Service Packs installed

- Web-based Member Tracking System software is as simple as a Terminal Server with multiple locations logging into your central server through the internet.  Call Vision for more information on how to link all your Units together through the internet. 

- Cash Drawer - use cash drawers to manage your money by way of the Member Tracking Software.  On the Members form, Charges/Payments tab, click on Receive Payment and when receiving a cash payment the drawer will automatically open. An End of Day Cash Sheet is available in the Reports section to balance your drawer.
